Psycho-neuro-endocrine accompaniments of individual variants of nitrogenous metabolites exchange

Background. Earlier we showed, by constructing regression models, that plasma nitrogenous metabolites (uric acid, urea, creatinine and bilirubin) are able to influence the state of trait anxiety, autonomic central nervous endocrine systems. In this study same cohort, other methodological approaches were used. Materials Methods. The object observation almost healthy volunteers: 30 females (30÷76 y) 31 males (24÷69 y). basal conditions determined levels as well cortisol, aldosterone, testosterone, triiodothyronine calcitonin, estimated severity reactive recorded ongoing HRV EEG. After 4 or 7 days, repeated testing was performed. Results. By method cluster analysis, four groups created, members which differ minimally from each in terms constellation metabolites, but maximally groups. Using discriminant it found clusters sex, age, neuro-endocrine parameters. Conclusion. obtained data confirm supplement previous on physiological psycho-neuro-endocrine activity metabolites.
